MY STORY

As a pediatric nurse, I have spent over 10 years caring for seriously ill and at-risk children and their families. Working with children has always touched me deeply and will forever be my passion.

After a decade of working in intensive care and studying part-time, I decided to explore quality management and took an office job. However, the toxic work environment and being distanced from patients - the very people I wanted to help - made me realize that this path was not right for me. Still, I kept pushing forward, thinking I had to persevere. During this challenging time, I began to encounter the concept of self-care more and more. Despite my efforts to keep going, my body was screaming for me to stop. After 10 months, I finally resigned and took a trip to Bali, where I discovered women’s circles, silent retreats, detox programs, healings, and full moon ceremonies. It was as though everything started to align.

In 2019, I became a mom. It was the most beautiful yet most challenging experience of my life. After months of little sleep, low energy, and navigating the waves of COVID, I struggled to find my way through the chaos in my mind. That’s when I remembered the practices that had helped me in 2018. After months of neglecting my own well-being, I gradually reintroduced routines and self-care into my life.

Now, working in a pediatric practice and connecting with children and their parents, I’ve noticed that many new parents feel exactly as I did.

That’s why I decided to create this website - to share valuable information about children’s healthcare and, in the future, to emphasize the importance of love, self-care, self-connection, and positive touch. I have many plans for the future, too many to list, but they all revolve around spreading love and compassion in the world.
